1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ShoryNow ("ShoryNow", "we", "us"). They apply when you use shorynow.com or any product of our brands: ShoryNow CDN, ShoryNow Shortify, ShoryNow Status, 360PeopleForce and SukoonZon (together, the "Services").

By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use them for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. A brand may have additional terms, such as an order form, a plan description or a returns policy; if they conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms apply to that brand.

2. Accounts and security

• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping passwords and API keys secret. Never put API keys in public code or browser apps.
• Tell us promptly at ali.mushtaq@shorynow.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

• break the law, or store or share unlawful content, including content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy, or child sexual abuse material;
• distribute malware, phishing pages, spam or other harmful or deceptive content;
• try to access other customers' data, get around security controls or usage limits, or probe, scan or overload our systems;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Services except where the law allows it.

We may remove content, cancel orders or restrict access that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms or the law.

4. Business services: ShoryNow CDN, ShoryNow Shortify and 360PeopleForce

Your data

You keep all rights in the files, records and other data you or your users put into the Services ("Customer Data"). You give us a limited permission to host, copy, back up, process and deliver Customer Data only as needed to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for Customer Data and for having the rights, notices and consents needed to use it with the Services, including personal information about your employees or end users.

Sharing and public files

Files in a public ShoryNow CDN bucket, or behind a signed link you create, can be accessed by anyone who has the link. Deciding what to make public is your responsibility.

Short links and custom domains

• You are responsible for where your ShoryNow Shortify links point. Links must not lead to phishing, malware, spam, scams or other unlawful or deceptive content, and must not be used to hide such a destination.
• We may check destinations and disable, redirect to a warning page or delete links that break these Terms, without notice where needed to protect users.
• To use a custom domain you must own or control it. We may stop serving a custom domain if its verification fails or it is used to break these Terms.

Plans, limits and billing

• Each plan has limits, such as storage, buckets, users or requests. Use above a limit may be refused until it resets or you change plan.
• Fees are as shown for your plan or order and are billed as stated on your invoice. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; new prices apply from your next billing period.

Availability and backups

We work to keep the Services available and we keep backups for our own disaster recovery, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Keep your own copies of important data.

End of service

Before your account closes, export any data you want to keep. After closure we may delete Customer Data, subject to the backup retention described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Shopping on SukoonZon

• Products and prices: we try to describe products and prices accurately. If we find an error, we may correct it and give you the choice to continue or cancel the order.
• Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and we will refund any amount you paid for it.
• Payment: payments are processed by our payment partners. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.
• Delivery: delivery times shown are estimates. Please give a correct address and be available to receive your order.
• Returns and refunds: you can return eligible items under the SukoonZon returns policy shown on the site and at checkout, and refunds go back to your original payment method. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer-protection law.
• Reviews: reviews you post must be honest and lawful. You allow SukoonZon to display them on its platform.

6. Running ShoryNow Status

ShoryNow Status is software you download from Docker Hub (shorynow/shorynow-status) and run on your own infrastructure. These rules apply to it in addition to the rest of these Terms:

• Licence: we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the image to operate status pages for your own organisation or your clients. You may not resell the image itself or remove the "Powered by ShoryNow" notice.
• Your server, your responsibility: you control the server, the monitors and health URLs you add, the data in its volume, the admin password and how the page is exposed to the internet. Change the default password and serve the admin over HTTPS.
• Only monitor URLs you are allowed to check, and set check intervals that do not overload the services you monitor.
• Your data stays with you: the software does not send your monitors, history or incidents to ShoryNow, so we cannot recover them. Keep backups of your data volume.
• No uptime guarantee: the status page reports the checks it runs and may be wrong if your server, network or the monitored service misbehaves. It is provided as is, as described in the Disclaimers section.

7. Our intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, content, and the ShoryNow, ShoryNow CDN, ShoryNow Shortify, ShoryNow Status, 360PeopleForce and SukoonZon names and logos, belong to ShoryNow or its licensors. These Terms give you a right to use the Services; they do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

8. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or integrate with services we do not control, such as payment providers, delivery partners, Google Drive, Docker Hub or LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, does not pay amounts due, or puts the Services or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This does not affect guarantees you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ShoryNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. For business services, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected Service in the 12 months before the claim. For SukoonZon purchases, our liability is limited to the price of the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

If you use the Services for business, you will defend and compensate ShoryNow against claims, losses and costs arising from your Customer Data or from your use of the Services in breach of these Terms or the law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify account holders in advance. If you keep using the Services after the changes take effect, you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShoryNow is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
